TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Customers are requested to check their pockets thoroughly before giving their garments. The firm shall not be responsible for any loss arising on their account.
The firm assure its best efforts to remove spots and stains still there is no guarantee of 100% stain removal.
All garments are accepted at owner's risk. Firm is not liable for any loss or damage to the clothes arising out of theft, fire, riots or any other similar unforeseen cause.
The firm reserves the right of chemical cleaning, Tumble drying while in process but due to inherent defects there is possibility of damage of Rexine, Letherite, Pearls, Sequins, Furs pasted prints or work ETC. Such garments are returned to the owner after necessary repairs. Repair cost to be borne by customer.
Firm is not responsible for fading of garments with the problem of Color-Bleeding.
Every effort will be made to deliver the garments on due date but deliveries could be delayed due to causes beyond our control like, rain, electricity cut, government policies etc.
Minimum order for pick-up & drop is ₹400 and within 10kms radius from store.
In case of loss or damage of garments other than the cause mentioned above, compensation will be borne by providing free service of 5 times of cleaning charge of garment.
